Return/Refund Policy

Laboratories (Waqf) Pakistan’s team believes in quality and the best services, so we make sure that the customer is served in the best way. To make sure that you are served in the best possible way following are the policies for return/refund & cancellation.
At the time of delivery if the package is damaged from the outside, please do not accept the package and do not sign the delivery slip. The signing of the delivery slip indicates that the package has not been damaged in transit. After opening the package if you find that the order is damaged from the inside or it is different than what you ordered then you need to communicate with us through the website or call center within 24 hours of receipt. We will Lodge a complaint and will get back to you within the next 24 – 48 hours. On basis of your complaint, Hamdard Laboratories (Waqf) Pakistan. will launch an internal investigation and the report of that investigation would be full & final. If you are eligible for return/refund than Hamdard Laboratories (Waqf) Pakistan. will process the same.

Return Cases:

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be given to you in the following form:

  1. If you pay through COD, the return amount will be provided in the form of a Voucher.
  2. If you pay online, the return amount will be transferred through online.

Return/Refund Policy for Temperature Sensitive

In temperature sensitive items there is no return/refund or cancellation once shipped.
If the order you placed and received is different, In that case we will reship you the correct order.

Cancellation Policy

If you return or cancel your order before payment, there are no charges. After your order has been released for processing, then there is a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping Policy

Hamdard Laboratories (Waqf) Pakistan. is offering 1 courier company in the country for shipping purposes Blue-ex. The prices of each courier in your specific location are mentioned on our website so you can pick according to your choice. Once you have placed the order and paid, we will ship the order and you will receive it within 24 – 72 hours. After placing your order, when the order has been dispatched you can track your order with your relevant courier by taking the tracking number from our website.
Hamdard Laboratories (Waqf) Pakistan. is also offering, in coordination with a local service provider, Cash on Delivery service to its customers. Return/Refund/Replacement is only applicable

  1. If your product is damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable time frame (within 2 days once delivered).
  2. Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken).
  3. Delivered Product is incorrect (not as ordered/incomplete).
  4. If your placed order is "Not Required Anymore" (you no longer have a use for the product/you have changed your mind about the purchase) before or at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable time frame (before delivery).
